Course Structure
Learners will work through structured, self-paced content which is a blend of reading, audio visual and kinaesthetic learning modes, then and apply this knowledge in a theoretical case study-based workbook, shared with their line manager.

  • Effectively recognise your job ready customers to place them in suitable employment.
  • Apply The 7 Step Employer Engagement Framework to achieve better outcomes for your customers.
  • Create an effective Employer Engagement plan to support your ongoing employer engagement.

8-week blended program including: 4 x self-paced online modules, 3 x live group coaching sessions, and 1 x one-on-one mentoring with a Prospert expert mentor.
