Course Details
This 65-minute module is invaluable for DES employment consultants. It provides a comprehensive overview of the history and ongoing effects on Indigenous lives, addressing both historical and present-day barriers that Indigenous clients face in the workplace. The module includes interviews and documentary excerpts with First Nations People, offering practical insights and strategies. By completing this training, consultants will be better equipped to reevaluate, improve, and create a service delivery that holistically supports their Indigenous clients, ultimately enhancing employment opportunities and outcomes for Indigenous Australians.
