National Panel of Assessors Session: High Intensity or Low Engagement? Assessing the Evidence

  • 16 September @ 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
  • CPD POINTS: 2

This webinar will examine the gap between the level of support providers request and the minimal contact hours actually delivered. It highlights how low servicing undermines claims of high‑intensity need, and why Assessors must rely on evidence rather than expectations.

The session reframes contact hours as a core indicator of genuine support intensity and explores how clearer documentation and realistic collaboration can reduce conflict and improve defensible outcomes.

This free session features NPA Assessor & Sector Trainer, Fiona Forrest.

DEA will introduce the session and provide a review of professional development priorities for the coming year.
