James Weait is the CEO of Populi Solutions and has worked in (and adjacent to) employment services since 2004, holding executive leadership positions for providers in the UK and Australia.

His company, Populi, was established in 2019 and supports companies across Australia (and the UK) with innovative, evidence-based group and individual mental health sessions, EAP services and bespoke frontline training solutions.
