The Disability Employment Australia Hall of Fame recognises excellence, innovation and long-term commitment to the evolution of disability employment in Australia.

Disability Employment Services Sector: A person who has been actively involved in the Disability Employment Services provision, who has contributed significantly to the evolution of disability employment practice, or the program as a whole, at a multi-state, national or international level

Broader Disability Sector: A person who has made significant contribution to improving the services that intersect with open employment for people with disability or employer-oriented programs, or to raising community awareness of disability employment issues at a multi-state, national or international level
Selection Criteria

The nominee has made a major contribution to the principles of the Disability Services Act by promoting the value of people with disability, and their inclusion in the life of their community

The nominee’s contribution to best practice in the service of employment for people with disability has improved the quality of employment servicing for people with disability across the sector

The nominee has been innovative in their approach to employment services for people with disability
