At Centacare, our caseloads are capped at 1:45 to allow frontline staff to build trust-based relationships with Participants and provide holistic, tailored support. We will meet fortnightly or as required, to discuss your long/short term career goals, work history/experience, training/education and assistance needs. Consultants will create tailored Job Plans that clearly explain the services and supports available.
