Job hunting can be tough for anyone. But for someone living with a disability, the discriminatory attitudes of some employers can make the challenge much greater.

Its 10-year plan would take the percentage from 2.7% to 5.6% by 2027.
The Founder of the social network My Disability Matters, Dale Reardon, spoke to ABC NewsRadio's Mandy Presland.
