DESCRIPTION:Training Provider: Xceptional Academy \nThis Masterclass is designed to empower champions of change as key drivers of neuro-inclusive transformation within their organisations. By fostering a deep understanding of neurodiversity and equipping participants with practical tools\, it enables them to advocate effectively for inclusive practices and build a strong support structure for sustainable change. DESCRIPTION:Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) is a lifelong neurodevelopmental disability that can significantly influence how a person learns\, communicates\, manages stress\, and adapts to workplace expectations. \nFor employment service providers\, understanding FASD is essential to delivering fair\, effective\, and strengths‑based support. \nThis free session explores the brain‑based challenges associated with FASD\, such as memory\, processing speed\, emotional regulation\, and executive functioning\, and how these can impact job readiness\, training\, and sustained employment. Participants will gain practical strategies for adapting assessments\, modifying workplace tasks\, and collaborating with employers to create supportive environments.
