His engaging\, authentic style inspires audiences to move beyond awareness and take meaningful action towards inclusion. \nWade Costley\, Board Director\, Cerebral Palsy Australia \nWade Costley is a dedicated disability advocate and leader with lived experience of cerebral palsy and a strong commitment to improving employment opportunities for people with disability. He is Chair of the Lived Experience Advisory Panel and serves on the Board of Directors at Cerebral Palsy Australia. He is also the Website Information Officer for My CP Guide and a lived experience member of the Australian and New Zealand Cerebral Palsy Strategy Collaboration Group. Professionally\, Wade has had a 30-year international career as a computer systems architect\, working across 13 countries\, giving him a global perspective on disability\, workplace inclusion\, and the value of gainful employment in building confidence\, independence\, and opportunity.
