We’ll explore the benefits of inclusive employment\, the tailored supports available including Disability Australian Apprentice Wage Support (DAAWS)\, mentoring and workplace assistance\, and the financial incentives available to eligible employers. \nThrough real success stories\, you’ll see how apprenticeships and traineeships can empower individuals to build rewarding careers while helping employers develop diverse\, skilled and inclusive workforces. Passionate about creating inclusive employment pathways\, Madison partners with organisations to help people from all backgrounds access meaningful careers\, including people with disability. She works closely with employers to navigate available funding\, incentives and support services\, ensuring apprentices and trainees receive the assistance they need to succeed.
