Join Virtual Event: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82599766046\n\nDESCRIPTION:Workshop 3 – Structuring Effective Coaching Conversations (GROW Model)\nOverview\nThis workshop introduces a simple\, practical structure (GROW) to help leaders guide short\, focused coaching conversations that drive clarity\, solutions and action. \nWhat participants will learn:\n• How to structure a coaching conversation using a clear framework\n• How to help others define goals and identify realistic actions\n• Techniques to support problem-solving without taking over\n• How to build accountability through effective follow-up \nIn practice:\nParticipants will practise running short coaching conversations using real scenarios\, applying the model to everyday leadership interactions. \n  \nWorkshop 4 – Coaching Through Challenge: Feedback\, Boundaries and Hard Conversations\nOverview\nThis workshop focuses on applying a coaching approach in more complex and challenging situations\, including giving feedback and navigating difficult conversations. \nWhat participants will learn:\n• How to approach performance conversations with clarity and care\n• Techniques to maintain psychological safety while addressing issues\n• How to set clear expectations and boundaries using a coaching style\n• How to manage resistance and keep conversations constructive \nIn practice:\nParticipants will work through realistic scenarios\, practising how to balance support and accountability in challenging conversations. \n  \nOverall Outcomes for Participants\nBy the end of the workshop series\, participants will be able to:\n• Adopt a coaching mindset in their day-to-day leadership\n• Use practical coaching skills to support performance and development\n• Structure effective conversations that build clarity and accountability\n• Handle challenging conversations with greater confidence and impact \n  \nDuration: 2 hours \nFormat: Online via Zoom \nAccess: Once you have registered\, the Zoom meeting link will be provided in your registration confirmation email. \n  \nSPEAKER INFORMATION \nLinda Pierson is an experienced coach and facilitator specialising in leadership\, mindset and behaviour change.
