DESCRIPTION:Training Provider: Xceptional Academy \nThis Masterclass is designed to empower champions of change as key drivers of neuro-inclusive transformation within their organisations. By fostering a deep understanding of neurodiversity and equipping participants with practical tools\, it enables them to advocate effectively for inclusive practices and build a strong support structure for sustainable change. Participants explore how coaching builds trust\, ownership and confidence\, and when it is most effective to coach versus direct. \nWhat participants will learn:\n• The difference between managing\, directing and coaching\n• How a coaching mindset strengthens engagement and accountability\n• When to use coaching (and when not to) in day-to-day leadership situations\n• How coaching supports people to build confidence and clarity in their roles \nIn practice:\nParticipants will reflect on their current leadership style and practise identifying opportunities to shift from solving problems to developing people. \n  \nWorkshop 2 – Core Coaching Skills: Listening\, Questions and Strengths-Based Language\nOverview\nThis workshop builds the core micro-skills required for effective coaching conversations.
