Disability scheme to battle 'cruel lottery' of care

Up to 10,000 disabled people will begin receiving support under a NDIS in just over a year after Julia Gillard yesterday confirmed next week's budget would fund an early rollout in four locations around Australia from July 2013.

NSW people with disability to receive vouchers
