Working Communities Network (WCNjobs) is Melbourne’s largest provider of Disability Employment Services (DES).  We are a consortium of three not for profit organisations; WCIG, JobCo and E-Focus. Through continued growth we are now looking for a Performance Manager to work within this centralised team to provide support, knowledge and information to all of our sites, Managers and teams. 
We are looking for an individual who understands DES, cares about the delivery of quality services and wants to be part of an organisation that focuses on high performance.  As well as having an in-depth knowledge of the program and the key drivers of performance, a high level of customer service and communication is essential as you will be working closely with a number of internal and external stakeholders.
